Mechanical & Electronic repair center

Our Electrical and Mechanical repair center is located in Gauteng.

This repair center services all South African and Sub-Sahara Africa requirements. Our repair processes meet our supplier compliance standards. Repairs can be carried out depending on urgency.

Field support

Our regional offices have Qualified Service Technicians that can provide on-site support.

Field Support is charged on urgency and product complexity.

Regional Offices can negotiate Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) which ensure guaranteed support levels and favourable rates.

Product & Software Support

Telephonic Product support is provided through regional service centers and our repair center.

Application and Software support can be provided through remote support options and services.

Old to New Technology upgrades

Our Service Team support old and current technologies. Older products and technologies do however become obsolete.

Our Service Teams, supported by Engineering, can provide replacement or upgrade solutions ensuring longevity of machines and equipment. In many cases improving efficiencies.

Customer Technician training

Our Service Technicians can provide on site training for product and machine diagnostic purposes.

Product training is available through our on-line platform.

Advanced training and programming is available through our training centers.
